Grant's First Movie

Grant sat for the entire movie, an hour and a half, mesmerized and full of popcorn. His older brother did not stay seated. Sye had to have his picture made in front of the Green Lantern sign and Grant played along. They actually saw Kung Fu Panda 2. Very cute.

Grant's 2nd birthday

Grant had a fun, family birthday. Sye's end of the year school program and last TBall game took up a lot of the day. But he had cake and cookies and presents and most fun of all, his Gigi came to town!

Sye started playing Tball at the recreation department. The "Hooks" play every Tuesday and Friday nights. He is learning the ropes and having lots of fun. They each get to bat twice a game. The coach pitches three and if they don't make contact, they set the tee up for them. At his second game, he actually hit a pitched ball!! He is still not completely sure what to do next, but the coaches help him and makes it around the bases. It's been a lot of fun watching him dig in the dirt and make friends.
